Payment:
We accept several forms of payment, including Multibanco, Credit Card, MBWay and other options that may be available at the time of purchase.
MBWay:
· 5 minutes to make payment after ordering.
· Use of the mobile phone number associated with MBWay and confirmation in the MBWay application.
· Cancellation of the order if payment is not accepted.
ATM:
· 12 hours to make the payment at an ATM or home banking.
· Use of data provided in order confirmation.
PayShop:
· 12-hour deadline to make payment at a point or store.
· Use of data provided in order confirmation.
Bank Transfer:
· Use of data provided in the order confirmation/email (IBAN/BIC/SWIFT and amount).
· This may result in an additional two business day delay in order processing.
All payments (except TB) are made through the IfThenPay platform, a DigitalAvenue partner.
We cancel the order if payment is not made after 24 hours except MB Way.
Pricing Policy:
The prices of the products presented on our website are in Euro and include applicable taxes - VAT. Shipping costs, if applicable, are specified at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to update or modify prices at any time. Any changes in prices will be communicated to our customers via website notifications or via email communications, if applicable.

By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive communications and promotional offers from DigitalAvenue.
You can manage your subscription in emails: We provide a clear and easy unsubscribe option in the emails we send. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms and Conditions and all disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be governed by the applicable law of your country of operation. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation before resorting to any legal action. If legal action is necessary, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of your country of operation.

Delivery Times
The delivery time for your order may vary depending on the destination. Below, we list the estimated delivery times:
Mainland Portugal:
CTT Express - €4.99
CTT Pickup Point - 3.99€
The estimated average transit time after shipping is 1 to 2 business days.
Orders remain at pickup points for 10 business days.
Azores and Madeira:
CTT - 5.99€
The estimated average transit time after shipping is 3 to 5 business days.
Spain:
CTT - €7.80
The estimated average transit time after dispatch is 1 to 2 business days.
France, Germany, Belgium:
CTT - 16€
The estimated average transit time after shipping is 2 to 3 business days.
Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands:
CTT - 10.50€

Austria, Slovakia, Slovenia, Greece, Ireland, Lithuania, Switzerland, United Kingdom (UK):

Shipping Time
Shipments take place every day, except Sundays and holidays, unless there is a shortage of stock or during the holiday period.
Shipping Costs
For orders with a value equal to or greater than €80 in mainland Portugal, shipping costs are free.
Customs and Import Fees
DigitalAvenue is not responsible for paying customs or import fees. Any costs, fees or taxes related to the import of orders into the destination country are the responsibility of the consumer. The total price of the order includes only the price of the products, applicable VAT and shipping costs. We recommend that consumers contact their local customs office for information on customs charges before placing their order.

Exchange and Return Policy
At DigitalAvenue, our commitment is to provide our customers with a satisfactory shopping experience, in full compliance with Portuguese legislation.
This exchange and return policy aims to provide clear guidelines on how to proceed in the event of the need to exchange or return products purchased in our online store.
Exchanges and Returns - Online Shopping
In accordance with the laws in force in Portugal, our customers have the right to return products purchased from our online store within 14 days of receiving them, without the need to provide justification. To exercise this right, follow the steps below:
Conditions for Acceptance of Returns/Exchanges
- The returned product must be in perfect condition, without any signs of use, damage or removal of protective films.
- Please make sure to return the product in its original packaging, along with manuals and accessories, all in immaculate condition.
- Include a copy of the original product invoice in the return packaging.
Products Not Accepted for Return/Exchange
There are products that, due to their nature, cannot be accepted for return or exchange:
- Headphones, earphones, headsets, batteries, power banks, memory cards, hard drives, consumables, software, console accessories, electronic components or other similar equipment;
- Printers, laptops, mobile phones, smartphones, smartwatches, tablets or similar products with broken brand packaging seals;
- Equipment used and/or showing signs of use;
- Activated products;
- Special requests for the customer;
- Products whose packaging has been opened/broken.
Violation of the above conditions implies refusal of return/exchange.
Refund Methods for Returns
If you prefer a refund, it will be processed using the same payment method.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Initiate a Return or Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange process, please fill out the form provided on the "Contacts" page.
If accepted, the return shipping costs will be borne by the consumer.
Deadline for Shipping/Delivery of the Product
After opening the return process, you have 10 business days to send the product. Otherwise, the process will be automatically canceled.
Cancel a Return Request
If you wish to cancel an exchange or return request, simply reply to our response email with the following message: "I, [Your Name], wish to cancel the exchange or return request."
Order cancellation
The customer may cancel an order while it is being processed. They are requested to inform DigitalAvenue via email.
DigitalAvenue reserves the right not to process orders or refunds in cases of data inconsistency, fraud or customer misconduct, as well as for technical issues beyond DigitalAvenue's control.
Product Warranty
At DigitalAvenue we are liable, under the terms and conditions established in Decree-Law no. 67/2003, of April 8 (amended by Decree-Law no. 84/2008 of May 21), for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery of the goods and that becomes apparent within a period of three years from the date of delivery, provided that it is communicated to DigitalAvenue within a maximum period of 2 months from the date on which it was detected. In the 3rd year of the warranty, the consumer will be asked to provide proof of the defect at the time of delivery of the goods.
All products sold by DigitalAvenue have a 3-year compliance guarantee.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover the following cases:
- The cost of transporting the damaged material.
- Damage caused by improper or abusive use - including the use of chargers with a power higher than that recommended.
- Damage caused by transportation outside the original packaging.
- Damage caused by poor equipment protection.
- Equipment opened by entities outside of DigitalAvenue.
- Equipment that has undergone repair attempts, or even repairs, outside of our assistance services.
- Any alteration to the original product, such as removal of stickers with serial number or other type of warranty label, tampering caused by VMODS, incorrect installation of heatsinks on graphics cards and memories, processors and motherboards with broken/bent pins, incomplete products, such as the installation of electronic components or products of the same nature. In these cases, the RMA will be immediately refused.
- Discontinued products, which may be exchanged for a product equivalent or superior to the one currently on sale, with this exchange being the sole responsibility of the supplier/manufacturer. A credit note may also be issued so that the customer can later purchase another item(s).
Regardless of whether the equipment has a warranty or not, whenever it is received for repair and no fault is detected, or if it was caused by incorrect use, a fee may be charged to cover logistical costs.
Under no circumstances will DigitalAvenue be held liable for any partial or total loss of data, programs or software installed on products delivered for repair.
DigitalAvenue reserves the right to refuse requests for a 2nd copy of invoices to open a repair process, and it is mandatory to keep the same until the end of the warranty period.
Headphones, earphones, vacuum cleaners or similar products that require careful maintenance must be sent after cleaning. Failure to clean them may invalidate the manufacturer's warranty activation.
DigitalAvenue reserves the right to refuse warranty requests (repair/replacement/exchange) that are not accompanied by the product's original box.
How to Benefit from the Warranty
In the event of a breakdown or technical defect, the Customer must contact our customer support so that an RMA (Remittance of Damaged Material) can be created.
The product must be sent to our facilities. Upon arrival, it will be inspected. If it is indeed a non-conformity, it will be replaced at no additional cost.
If signs of misuse or failure to comply with the conditions of use are detected, the warranty does not cover this. In this case, the Customer will be contacted to find out whether they would like the item to be repaired, where possible.
If the item is assessed and it is confirmed that it does not have any anomalies, it is the customer's responsibility to bear the costs of shipping it back to the customer.
To benefit from the warranty, it is mandatory to send the invoice and original packaging together with the item.
Right to Free Termination of Contract
Term and General Conditions of Return
In the context of online purchases, we offer consumers a period of 14 days, from the physical delivery of the products, to make returns without additional costs, as stipulated in article 10 of DL no. 24/2014, of February 14.
To exercise this right, we ask that the customer clearly declares their intention to terminate the contract and return the product in the same conditions of sale, without signs of improper use, in the original packaging, with manuals and accessories.
Reimbursement
The refund will be processed within 14 days after validation of the return conditions.
We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until receipt of the product or proof of shipment is presented.
Legal Exclusions to the Right of Free Resolution
Despite what is mentioned in point 10, the following are excluded from the Right to Free Termination of the Contract:
- Personalized goods;
- Goods that cannot be returned due to their nature;
- Goods sealed upon delivery;
- Goods inseparably mixed after delivery;
- Digital content initiated with the customer's consent.
Returns/Exchanges Acceptance Conditions
The product must be intact and show no signs of use.
Packaging, manuals and accessories must be returned.
The invoice must accompany the product.
Products Not Accepted for Returns/Exchanges
We do not accept returns/exchanges of:
- Headphones, batteries, power banks, memory cards, hard drives, consumables, software, console accessories, electronic components;
- Printers, laptops, cell phones, smartwatches, tablets, with broken packaging seals;
- Used equipment or equipment with signs of use;
- Activated products;
- Special orders for customers.
Note: Failure to comply with the above conditions will result in the return/exchange being refused.
Responsibility
DigitalAvenue assumes no responsibility for damages caused by computer viruses, network problems, internet supply failures, information provided by third parties or other external situations that may prevent access or the correct functioning of the digitalavenue.pt domain and the services made available therein.
Personal data policy
Personal Data processed by DigitalAvenue
Exuberantes Caminhos Unipessoal LDA is responsible for the processing of Customer Personal Data on the DigitalAvenue website. To contact us, use the Customer Support line +351 911 808 479 available from 10:00h to 12:30h, Monday to Friday (call to the national mobile network). The DigitalAvenue Data Protection Officer (DPO) is available via email: contato@digitalavenue.pt.
The processing of the Customer's personal data aims to facilitate access to the purchase history, identify consumption preferences and create profiles based on the history on the DigitalAvenue website. This information is used for marketing actions, personalized sales, advance communication of campaigns and optimization of the online product range. Data relating to specific transactions includes invoicing, delivery, payment and returns. Audits are carried out to ensure IT security and fraud detection.
While browsing the DigitalAvenue website, browsing information may be accessed and stored in accordance with the “cookies” policy available at https://digitalavenue.pt/pages/politica-de-privacidade .
Recipients of personal data
DigitalAvenue shares Customers' personal data only with the Tax Authority and other entities required by legal obligations or to fulfill the purchase and sale agreement.
Personal data retention period
Deletion of data from transactions carried out by the Customer on the DigitalAvenue website after 4 years from the last transaction.
Deletion of product delivery data after 4 years, in accordance with warranty obligations.
Deletion of data in case of cancellation of the online account or withdrawal of consent, one month after the Customer's expression of intention.
Deadlines for inactive accounts (1 year), pending orders (1 week), failed orders (1 week), cancelled orders (3 months) and completed orders (4 years).
Customer Rights
The Customer has the following rights regarding personal data: access, rectification, erasure, limitation of processing, portability, opposition and not being subject to automated decisions. These rights may be exercised as provided for in applicable legislation. The Customer may fill out the form at https://digitalavenue.pt/pages/contact and file a complaint with the National Data Protection Commission (CNPD). Applicable Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution

The Terms & Conditions and all contracts concluded under them are governed by Portuguese law.
Alternative Dispute Resolution
In national and cross-border disputes involving consumers and suppliers of goods or services, related to sales and purchase contracts or provision of services:
- The consumer may resort to a Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity.
Conflict Resolution
Under Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013, consumers may use the ODR — RLL platform in Portuguese for online disputes.
